Our chicken strips are cut from our chicken breasts,  which are 100% pure chicken and from Red Tractor aproved supliers. Unlike other chicken you will notice there is very little shrinkage when cooking, and a greater depth in flavour. These strips work perfectly flash fried in a stir fry.
